Senior IAM Security Architect

 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IAM (Identity and Access Management) Architect with a strong background in Privileged Access Management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the overall design of architectural patterns, blueprints and reference architecture, implementation strategies for security controls and evaluation of marketplace for new identity capabilities. Additionally, as a Senior IAM Architect, you will provide mentorship and guidance to other enterprise, solution, technology, and system architects across Humana for the identity security domain.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of IAM architectures and solutions. 2. Responsible for defining implementation strategies for privileged access controls.

3. Create and manage identity and access control policies based on least privilege principles.

4. Align security controls to various Identity capabilities.

5. Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure that IAM solutions are aligned with business objectives.

6. Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends and technologies.

8. Evaluate new technologies/platforms for continuous improvement of our assets and develop architecture patterns and standards to leverage them.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Proven experience in IAM architecture with a focus on privileged access management.

3. Familiarity with IAM related standards like SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and OpenID.

4. Excellent understanding of identity and access control concepts such as provisioning, authentication, authorization, certification, and auditing.

5. Strong knowledge of IAM vendors and technologies.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other related credentials.

2. Experience designing and implementing Privileged Access Solutions.

3. Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.

Work-At-Home Requirements:

• WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

• A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.  

• Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

• A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$115,300 - $158,600 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
