Cyber Security Expert in Scorecard Development and Assessment

We currently have a vacancy for a Cyber Security Expert in Scorecard Development and Assessment fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in The Hague, Netherlands. The work will be carried out on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

• Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity scorecard, tailored to assess the Organizations cybersecurity posture;
• Develop specific, relevant metrics and measures that accurately reflect the cybersecurity performance;
• Continuously updating and refining the methodology for assessing cybersecurity maturity and performance;
• Ensuring that self-assessment tools, questionnaires, metrics and measurements are up to date and relevant;
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 5 years;

• In-depth experience in Cyber Security with a focus on analytical assessment, scorecard development and performance metrics;
• Extensive experience in Cybersecurity processes such as Cyber Incident Management, Defensive Cyberspace Operations, Enterprise Risk Management and Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysis and Sharing;
• Proficiency in creating meaningful and actionable cybersecurity metrics and measures;
• Expertise in developing, refining and updating methodologies for assessing cybersecurity maturity and performance;
• Strong experience in Data Analysis and in creating insightful visualizations for complex data sets;
• Security Clearance is required;
• Excellent command of the English language.
