We are seeking a Technical Program Management (TPM) leader to spearhead our Information Security programs, focusing on safeguarding applications, data, IAM, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, extensive experience managing complex security programs, and ability to work with dozens of teams to secure hundreds of critical IT assets.

The TPM will manage multiple programs including IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) , PAM (Privileged access Management), RBAC (Role Based Access Control), DnR (Detect & Respond / Security Event Monitoring), AI Security, API Security, DLP (Data Loss Monitoring) and Data Security Fabric. The primary areas of work will include extensive collaboration with asset owners, Business Partner Groups and Solution Delivery Groups to align hundreds of assets for security uplift, driving yearly planning and long range planning, managing budgets, managing vendors deployed on these programs, tracking and delivering the targeted outcomes and regular status reporting.

This position is essential for maintaining the organization's security posture, ensuring the protection of critical assets, and supporting the company's overall security strategy. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in information security, application and data landscape, leadership capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Long range planning (LRP) and yearly planning, Initiates projects by leading alignment on prioritizations, scope, detailed project plans, budgeting and timelines. Complete alignment with asset owners, Business partner groups (BPG’s) Service Delivery Groups (SDG) to plan dates, timelines, budgets and delivery schedules for hundreds of assets.
  • Delivery alignment with larger stakeholder teams such as Security organization, BizTech Risk Management, and delivery teams focused on other BizTech assets. Drive alignment with the BISO (Business Information Security Officer) and CIO, CIO Directs on the yearly risk mitigation goals.
  • Drive, manage, monitor, track, report program progress to all stakeholders and CIO leadership teams. Ensure delivery within budget, schedule and scope. Aggressive risk mitigation across all programs, bubble up risk and issues upfront and drive to resolve the issues pro-actively.
  • Manage vendors deployed on the program deliveries, manage vendor qualification, SOW and PR process, deployment, progress tracking and reporting as per BizTech vendor management process. Ensure critical delivery SLA’s are met, bubble up risk and gaps, manage invoicing and overall budget spend working with leadership, vendors, finance and other stakeholders.
  • Engage deeper on larger more complex high risk deliveries such as Workday, CloudERP assets deliveries, support complex decision making, issues resolution, escalations and ensure delivery as per plan. Ensure communication across all critical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with a team of Product Managers and Engineering leads to define and execute the programs, actively participate in the strategy sessions to stay aligned with roadmaps, anticipate changes , re-prioritization of work, based on Risk information and act decisively to meet our targets.


 

Qualifications:

  • BS in Information Technology or other technical field / graduate degree preferred
  • Deep technical background, preferably 8-10 years of hands on IT experience in early career.
  • Strong Program Management experience driving complex technical programs for recent 5+ years. Preferably driving complex security programs related to Identity and Access, Application Security, Data Security and/or Cloud Security areas.
  • Experience managing multiple security programs, that cut across hundreds of IT assets, experience working with dozens of teams and stakeholders from diverse functional areas, for instance core IT assets, Human Resource assets, finance assets etc.
  • Experience working with diverse security teams such as Security Engineering, Risk Management, SOX Compliance, Application Owners etc.
  • Experience leading programs with complex dependencies, ability to collaborate across multiple teams, that need to participate and contribute to ensure overall success of the program, ability to drive using influence as well as data and metrics.
  • Project Management experience leading Agile and Waterfall SW development project required. Experience using standard industry agile tools is required. Strong understanding of agile process, ceremonies such as monthly planning, quarterly planning, work dependencies, team dependencies etc. is required.
  • Outstanding leadership and communications skills absolutely required; deep experience in driving the appropriate dialog with C-Level team and achieving desired results.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com products and platform is a strong plus.
  • Big five consulting experience is a plus. A customer centric, relationship based consultative approach is a must for success. Experience managing external fortune clients on complex deliveries is a strong plus.
