As a Senior Consultant you will provide technical and consultative leadership for solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements. Delivery of technical architectural design, strategies and plans for engagements, conduct design workshops, define IAM road map, define enterprise integrations for a risk landscape. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical and consultative leadership for IAM solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements.
  • Implementation of SecurID G&L (formerly Aveksa) solutions at customer sites (or remotely) from start to finish: requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing and handover.
  • Subject Matter Expert for SecurID G&L delivery in customer meetings, supporting (pre)Sales.
  • Function as technical lead. Ability to supervise staff and plan/assign work on project engagements. Leads project quality assurance activities, including technical QA reviews.
  • Establish relationship with client technical counterparts. Participates in client meetings related to solution design and delivery. Work in conjunction with Professional Services colleagues to ensure effective resolution of technical issues encountered during implementations.
  • Prepares, maintains and submits activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures. Keeps project managers informed of activities, alerting of any issues promptly. Completes end-of-project reports while adhering to margin, planning and Statement-Of-Work requirements.
  • Understands that travel and/or flexible working hours may be required for project implementation depending on customer requirements.
  • Stays current on developments in IAM domain and related technologies.
  • Establish, maintain and share best-practices for SecurID G&L implementations.


Essential Requirements:

  • Proven track record with 5-10 years of experience in software consulting with focus on Identity and Access Management.   
  • Hands-on experience with design and implementation of one or more of the leading IAM software solutions.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills.
  • Strong analytical capability and communication skills (written and verbal) in English along with interpersonal skills.
  • “Take-charge”, positive attitude. Quick learner and great team player. Experience is leading technical initiatives and mentoring peers.
  • Clear, in-depth understanding of IAM domain.
  • Hands-on experience in associated technologies including database (preferably Oracle), SQL, LDAP, Unix/Linux , Web-technologies (REST/SOAP) and Cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

Desirable Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of SecurID G&L (formerly Aveksa) products and its internals.
  • Development experience (Java-programming, scripting) is highly desirable.
  • Information Security certifications (like CISSP) will be a plus.
