Job Description

We are looking for you to join our Hubs Become part of our Security & Assurance Team.
As a Security Manager (m/f/d) you will work in the Rules & Steering domain of Deutsche Telekom IT.

Implementation of the national, corporate or customer security policies and standards into company environment. Developing, implementation, communication and constant improving of security concepts, policies, processes and awareness in the company. Executes ISMS P-D-C-A cycle in his/her area of responsibility.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Customer Security Manager is responsible that the IT security services and security SLAs will be met according to the contract with the customer:

• Initiate, control, evaluate and assure quality of customer-specific IT Security reporting
• Support the security transfer process during transition and transformation to future mode of operation (FMO)
• Support service delivery management with respect to security issues and take over the role as “named interface” to the customer 
• Steering and coordination of customized Security-improvement- and Innovations-programs 
• Provide agreed service level reporting towards customer (e.g. access to secure rooms, overall incident reporting, incident analysis reports) 
• Plan and support customer specific security audits (including pre-audits)
• Initiate, plan and conduct new security projects arising from customer’s current contract (CRs)

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Experience with IT risk and compliance management
• Strong communications skills to align with Customer at management and technical level as well as internally with the technical level.
• High level understanding of the technologies in T-Systems' portfolio (e.g. Cloud, network, endpoint) and security services (vulnerability management, security monitoring, AV/EDR)
• English - Upper intermediate (B2)
• German - Upper intermediate (B2) - advantage

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1300 € /brutto.
