How you will make an impact:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance the security solution for web-hosting servers.
• Effectively communicate complex ideas to various audiences
• Manage priorities, communicate deadlines, for team and stakeholders
• Take charge of a dynamic team of talented security engineers
• Motivate and guide your team to excel in software development by implementing best practices.
• Oversee and strategically organize projects
• Perform exploratory data analysis and build production machine learning models that identify malware, uncover hidden patterns in incidents, and detect file infections and malicious behavior.
• Create prototypes and automation code in Python
• Work with distributed data pipelines to process and analyze data efficiently.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate:

• Deep understanding of Websecurity and its ecosystem
• Deep understanding of the Linux command line
• Has experience leading and developing teams
• ModSec, OSSEC knowledge preferable 
• Possesses practical knowledge of SQL
• Demonstrates expertise in web development, particularly Python/PHP/JS
• Is fluent in English; C1 or better
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science, applied mathematics, or an analytical field or equivalent practical experience
