Job Description

The successful incumbent will be part of Visa’s Business to Business Identity & Access Management team, which is part of the larger Cybersecurity organization. The B2B IAM team has a Global focus, and is responsive to an evolving threat landscape, regulatory compliance, IT security requirements and technology architecture. The B2B IAM team is responsible for secure access to business portals and associated services.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for developing and executing functional/regression test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software application that supports Java/.NET core based Business-to-Business (B2B) Identity and Access Management (IAM) system

• Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test automation, Performance testing, test execution and analysis of test results

• Senior member of a Scrum team to plan, write, execute and refactor manual and automated test cases. Test and certify features for release

• Develop test cases, test plan, and perform functional and/or regression testing of the B2B IAM system based on business requirement and product features

• Conduct peer reviews for tests and test cases

• Perform API testing using Postman, SoapUI and other API testing tools

• Develop and expand automation framework using Selenium (Java), Postman/Newman Automation

• Develop CI/CD test pipelines using Jenkins

• Develop and execute performance/Stress tests to identify potential performance bottlenecks using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner

• Lead root cause analysis and track defect resolution to completion

• Review and provide feedback on development code, test designs and test cases

• Communicate status frequently in daily Scrum

• Participate in cross-group and internal customer feature demos

• Document process, designs, test results, and analysis

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• 5+ years of work experience on software QA testing
• Experience REST API automation.
• Hands-on automation scripting, white box testing experience in JAVA/.NET core application systems
• Experience in performance testing using JMeter, Load Runner or similar tools will be a plus
• Experience with Selenium (Java) or similar software testing framework. Experience testing software at API level using SOAP UI, JMeter
• Experience in building and executing automated and tests for Java/.NET core application and REST based web services
• Experience with Agile Methodologies and Jira/Wiki Tools
• Hands-on experience working with databases MS SQL or Oracle
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as Jenkins and Artifactory
• Experience with Code Quality Governance related tools (Sonar, FindBugs, Checkmarx etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Eclipse or other IDE development tools
• Experience with distributed source control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of Zephyr test management tool will be a plus
