Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Computer and Forensics Case Control Officer to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. Primary locations for the position are located in Springfield, VA or St. Louis, MO. Both locations will require 25% travel to the other location.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Government customer and team members assigned to Case Control and Threat Management, Investigations, and the Digital Forensics.

  • Intaking, evaluating, vetting, and referring incoming insider threat, workplace violence and crisis (WV&C), and related complaints and referrals for possible inquiry or investigation.

  • Responding to Insider threat complaints and referrals.

  • Responding to WV&C complaints and referrals, when needed.

  • Supporting investigative sufficient inquiries and investigations by vetting information on insider threats, WV&C, and related incidents, and referring them to appropriate points-of-contact.

  • Operating the Case Management System (CMS), and provide cradle-to-grave tracking, de-confliction, coordination, disposition, and case closure for all insider threat, WV&C, and related complaints, referrals, inquiries, and investigations within the Agency.

  • Operating the Insider Threat Hotline.

  • Generating timely and accurate memorandums and/or reports on metrics, system usage, complaint evaluations, reports of inquiry or investigation, and other reports as required.

  • Briefing senior management, and other officials on inquiries, investigations, and special projects, as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Counterintelligence, Criminal Justice, Engineering, Fraud Investigations, Information Technology, or other related scientific field.

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience as an All-Source Analysts, Cyber Analysts Intelligence Analysts, Counterintelligence Analysts, or Law Enforcement Analysts.

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with data analytics tools and databases.

  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification

Desired Qualifications:

  • Successful completion from a FLETC, DCITA, JCITA or DoD All Source Analysis course or program

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Poly
