SAP NS2 Sr. Ariba DevSecOps Engineering Lead

Lead the strategy, design, and deployment of multi-cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, and network systems to support Multi-Tenant SAP Platform product deployments – Ariba, FieldGlass and any new platform products

 

Must have prior experience in leading large complex cloud platform delivery and operations.

 

Experience with Ariba and Fieldglass required. Must have deep understanding of the Supplier network and Integrations between Ariba and Fieldglass.

 

Provide strong leadership, guidance, and direction related to cloud service delivery

 

Build an organization strategy to lead the cloud deployments including hiring local/regional talent.

 

Develop and institute a comprehensive monitoring/metrics strategy across cloud landscapes to effectively monitor and manage our cloud operations, performance, including capacity management, costs, and availability/performance SLAs – both internally and Cloud partners.

 

Institute and implement CI/CD processes and automation to improve release cycles

 

Enhance automation to improve the customer onboarding experience across various cloud assets and platforms.

 

Lead a consistent, measurable process to operationalize and scale Cloud-based critical initiatives and execution

 

Lead a distributed team responsible for running a 24x7x365 Cloud, Infrastructure, and Operations organization with staff located in multiple locations

 

Collaborate and partner with SAP on platform architecture, installation, configurations, security, and various aspects of the software strategy to meet/exceed NS2’s security and compliance needs.

 

Partner with the Go-To-Market and Sales on product availability schedules and customer commitments

 

Drive cohesive product release strategy for platform products

 

Develop, recruit, and mentor a top-performing team of global leaders across Cloud, data center operations, and network, compute, and storage

 

Partner with the Security team to ensure adherence to security and compliance safeguards, policies, and procedures

 

Establishes key performance indicators, SLA’s, metrics and measurements demonstrating area health. Advertises through operational reviews/QBR’s. Measures and tracks against industry benchmarks and standards.

 

Lead and drive continuous innovation and optimization across all areas of cloud operations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or 10-15 years equivalent work experience.
