We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who will work with the product and engineering team to create a secure SDLC, design security features and implement tools, education and processes to reduce the risk of security issues in the tech stack.
This team is primarily responsible for all areas of application & software security, including but not limited to:- End-to-end CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) management for Pulse, and ADOC including making sure patch releases have the latest security fixes pertaining to known vulnerabilities, as well as triage and impact analysis of CVEs as they pertain to impacting confidentiality, integrity or availability of Acceldata Products.- Performing threat modelling, design reviews and penetration testing for all confluent products and features.- Investing in security automation for continuous validation, SAST and DAST efforts for Acceldata Products.- Knowledge of Penetration testing using any of the industry-leading products.

What we look for: Skills & Competencies

• 5+ years experience with coding (Python preferred) for automation.
• 4+ years of experience implementing scalable security programs.
• extensive experience in threat modelling, conducting architectural reviews, designing secure systems, and perform security design reviews.
• Solid experience with SAST, DAST, CVE Management and SCA.
• Experience with IaC tooling (Terraform preferred) and strong working experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Enthusiasm for learning new things and ability to pick up new ideas quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
