About the role

Are you a cyber expert? SentinelOne is looking for a Staff Technical Product Manager to help build our Endpoint product line that simplifies protection for customers around the world. The role will depend on a strong security background to build our endpoint capabilities that provide security analysts with a single pane of glass for threat triage and automation that makes SOCs faster and more efficient. This role will play a direct part in growing SentinelOne’s endpoint capabilities as they are delivered in our XDR platform experience.

This role will help us work in an aligned, consistent, responsive fashion to deliver cross-team features that build measurable customer outcomes. You will work between customers, sales, UX, and engineering both within and across teams to understand product needs, build meaningful integrations that solve them and lead the GTM process to make them successful.

What Will You Do?

• Work with internal team dependencies to scope, identify dependencies and manage team alignment for cross-team initiatives and features as directed by portfolio level prioritization
• Write comprehensive requirements for said features 
• Write PRFAQs for these features
• Work with internal teams to ensure teams stay trained and customers fully supported 
• Support additional Product Management activities within the endpoint/identity/exposure management space

What You'll Need

• Experience in enterprise PM with security domain expertise of customers, how they operate enterprise security products and their main concerns
• Experience in product management experience preferred but not required
• Strong project management skills with strong ability to multitask
• Experience working on projects with cross-team dependencies
• Strong communication skills, with ability to clearly define, describe and resolve issues
• Experience reporting and tracking execution clearly

A big plus would be

• Experience in IT, SOC, or similar roles
• Experience in a SAFe Agile environment 
• Experience with Endpoint Security products
• Degree in a technical field
