Job Details

Location: Washington, DC (ONI Facility)   

Security Clearance: TS/SCI   

Education/Experience: 

• Level III: MS/MBA in IT or IA-related field with a minimum of 10 years of C&A experience.

Certifications: 

• Level III: IAT Level III   

Responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement, and manage security plans, policies, and procedures using frameworks like NIST SP 800-53 or ISO/IEC 27001 to ensure system security compliance. 
• Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments using tools like Nessus, Qualys, or McAfee Vulnerability Manager to identify and mitigate potential security risks. 
• Manage the ATO process, including documentation, risk assessments, and security control implementation, using eMASS or XACTA for compliance tracking. 
• Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to implement security measures and incident response protocols, using SIEM tools like Splunk or IBM QRadar for real-time security monitoring. 
• Provide guidance on cybersecurity best practices and training to system users to ensure awareness and compliance with security policies.
