Position Summary:

Responsible for all day-to-day security operations and application security.  Work closely with DevOps and IT teams to ensure infrastructure is in full compliance with all security requirements and best practices, including HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC2, and HITRUST. Additional duties include vulnerability management, overall infrastructure security, including Amazon Web Services work as required. Work with the Infrastructure Security Manager to establish annual budgets and performance goals for respective areas.

Must be aware of, and comply with, all aspects of the RxSense ISO 27001 ISMS Program and the policies contained therein. Must always understand the importance of maintaining Information Security.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to understand business goals and objectives and how security affects achieving them.
  • Strong interpersonal and interdepartmental communication skills.
  • Must possess a proactive approach towards infrastructure security.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and methods.
  • Oversight of security monitoring solutions to provide quick issue response and resolution.
  • The ability to expertly convey information in non-technical terms with professionalism and confidence.
  • Capacity for adaptation to a rapidly changing and fast paced environment.
  • Thorough experience within all areas of infrastructure including network integration.
  • Project planning and management.
  • Technology vendor collaboration.
  • Technical product evaluation and selection.
  • Ability to present technical concepts and create technical documentation.
  • Self-starter must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with others to find a common solution.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as Technology Professional with an emphasis on security.
  • Thorough understanding of Security Operations.
  • Experience with Threat Detection and Response.
  • Understanding of End Point Protection solutions.
  • Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention concepts and methods.
  • Knowledge of Incident Response Management.
  • Proficiency with Vulnerability Management Programs.
  • Experience with Security Information and Event Monitoring (SIEM).
  • Moderate to strong knowledge and experience of cloud computing environments.
  • Ability to analyze and compare best of breed technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of security vulnerabilities in each environment and importance of risk assessments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
  • Certifications a plus.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
