The Role

Working to improve CTRaC SO Delivery Business Controls and risk management for SO Delivery by driving compliance activities to achieve targets for Satisfactory MSA, internal Audit score, Client Audit Facing, SOC and AUP reports and defect rates.  Activities include: 

• Provide compliance and risk oversight, and guidance to SO Delivery to validate and ensure audit readiness for all areas of responsibility.  
• Drive and manage Controls Recovery and Improvement initiatives aligned with NA/Global improvement programs and Audit Committee commitments. 
• Customer Audit Facing support and Americas SOC Multi Client Audit Support  
• Receive, assign to delivery, track, and quality check data requests 
• Schedule and attend Audit meetings. 
• Provide end-to-end support for Kyndryl-initiated Client Facing / SOCs and other external service provider reviews (for example: SOC1, SOC2, AUPs, external auditor readiness reviews, others) 
• Manage audit project plan, criteria development or maintenance, external auditor engagement, data requests, report distribution & initiate post-audit activities  
• Manage the Customer Audit Facing / SOC program account participation, costs, auditor relationship, education, engagement advice, and participate in global compliance processes 
• Kyndryl Internal Audit Support  
• Work with AG to build a support team upon Audit announcement 
• Identify Focal Point for audit who will contact Interface for audit.  Identify additional resources to participate on the audit interface team.  
• Create the audit workroom, track, and manage IDRs and data requests and schedule meetings and live testing sessions. Also audit mailbox id is created for communication. Setup daily status calls.   
• We will attend live testing sessions, take follow-ups, and send out conditions and data sheets work with delivery on mitigation for the issues identified.

Required Skills and Experience
•2+ years experience in a Cybersecurity field
•1 year expertise in network routing and switching, network troubleshooting, engineering and infrastructure, load balancing, and virtual private networks
•Proficiency in cloud computing and security architecture, hybrid and multi-cloud computing, and various cloud-based systems and services
•Familiar with vulnerability scanning, application security, penetration testing, encryption, threat modeling, identity and access management, and secure coding
•Good knowledge of cyber security, incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, IT security architecture, risk management, cyber threat hunting, and cyber security standards

Preferred Skills and Experience
•Valid and current certification or equivalent experience in one of the following: CISSP / CompTIA Security+ / Certified Cloud Security Professional / GIAC Security Essentials
•Security Operations Center experience
•Security tooling for Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
•Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
•Anti-virus Vulnerability Management Scanning and Remediation
•Technical architecture skills
•Experience Advising C suite
•Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and methodologies, and experience integrating security into agile development processes
•Familiarity with emerging security technologies and trends, such as artificial intelligence/machine learning in security, zero trust architecture, or secure remote access solutions
