The Compliance Services group provides a full range of solutions to investment advisers and broker-dealers in managing their compliance programs. Compliance Services conducts mock exams, risk assessments and compliance reviews for its clients, who are registered in the United States. Compliance Services also offers outsourced compliance services such as drafting policies, preparing and making regulatory filings, code of ethics monitoring and electronic communication reviews. In addition, Compliance Services helps organizations understand cybersecurity risks from regulatory, business, and operational perspectives to reduce this risk on all fronts. The department designs and implements policies related to information security, business continuity and incident response, conducting testing of incident response plans and conducting cybersecurity testing of networks, applications, and staff.
Working under general supervision, participate in client engagements, consisting of services expertise. Participate in client consulting engagements, primarily assigned to the cybersecurity practice area.

Responsible for contributing to the growing Cybersecurity services side of the Compliance Services business. The compliance consultant will develop and maintain procedures for conducting client engagements and ensuring timely delivery of services.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?


A background in compliance and knowledge of FINRA and its rules is essential.

5+ years’ experience implementing cybersecurity policies, procedures and testing in a regulated financial services setting is required. You will need experience with preparing regulatory filings, code of ethics administration and/or electronic communication surveillance.

Salary Range: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + any other benefits such as bonus
