ICF seeks a Program Analyst, Cyber who will directly support the a federal cybersecurity client’s day-to-day programmatic needs. The Program Analyst, Cyber will support activities related to the coordination of cybersecurity operations across the federal government. This includes providing support for executing processes, tracking data, liaising with the client and their stakeholders, and providing general programmatic support to the project. Successful candidates will have experience working across government and other organizations, high attention to detail, strong communication and writing skills, flexibility and initiative, record keeping and enterprise automation skills, and customer service orientation.

The position is a hybrid role and on-site work will be conducted in Arlington, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute, review and track processes
  • Coordinate with applicable internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain SOPs, other programmatic materials, update resource banks, and preserve historical data records
  • Review, edit, and update written products on an ongoing basis with high attention to detail
  • Carry out complex assignments and activities, collaborating at all levels throughout the client agency while frequently reporting to and briefing Senior Agency Leadership on progress and accomplishments
  • Coordinate and brief colleagues and internal partners to ensure all parties are aligned on actions and expectations

What you’ll need:

  • U.S. Citizenship (required by federal government for position) and an Active Public Trust clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing support to a federal government program, with preference to DHS programs or initiatives

Successful candidates will have:

  • Experience working across government and other organizations to meet goals and objectives  
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to brief senior-level clients
  • Flexibility and willingness to shift based on the client’s developing needs
  • Strong technical and plain writing and editing skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating the initiative to complete projects with minimum supervision
  • Experience with record keeping and/or records management
  • Experience with enterprise automation tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project 
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation with strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$71,958.00 - $122,328.00
