The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. We, in the External Certifications and Audits team, are offering this position to dedicated Project Managers capable of effectively managing Security onboarding projects. The projects are initiated when a Line of Business (LoB) necessitates a new attestation/certification or an extension of an existing one. The new colleague will be instrumental in ensuring that LoBs are audit-ready in a professional manner.

This role involves collaborating within ABC to facilitate the improvement of the onboarding process, encompassing tasks such as managing various projects, liaising with teams, maintaining stakeholder communication, and delivering comprehensive reports.

What you'll do

• End-to-end coordination and management of onboarding projects - including - e.g., management of project plan, deliverables, deadlines, reporting, escalations, project tools, and project documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on listening to stakeholder and customer needs.

What you bring

• 2 years of experience IT/Cloud auditing and controls (i.e., C5, SOC 1 & SOC 2, ISO Standards, NIST, etc).
• A broad understanding of business functions and processes, IT processes, systems, IT general controls, and emerging technologies including cloud computing, mobile computing, privacy, and cybersecurity
• Ability to handle multiple engagements with overlapping deadlines
• To demonstrate success in working in a (virtual) team, as well as independently, while driving through to understand the root causes of issues
• Project management experience & ability to successfully manage projects end-to-end.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, good communication skills in English language, highly developed interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization and in a diverse team
