JOB PURPOSE

 

We are currently seeking the Security Governance and Compliance Manager as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Help foster a culture of security awareness and honesty through positive communications and messaging
  • Be responsible for risk analysis and risk assessment activities over company assets
  • Revise and develop security policies and guidelines
  • Attend meetings and coordinate projects with other department manager
  • Contribute to the secure management of the Fashion Show and other Corporate events
  • Create reports on security status
  • Coordinate internal investigation and successfully bring to a conclusion
  • Implement and Manage a Travel Support and Asset Risk Monitoring Tool
  • Liaise with local authorities and industry committees to remain alert to local external security threats
  • Actively support and participate in company sponsored security programs and events
  • Build and maintain proactive relationships with all levels of colleagues
  • Build and maintain relationships with the key referent and peers of other brands and with external stakeholders, including Law Enforcement Agencies

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

 

Committed and reliable, proactive attitude, problem solving spirit and a good flexibility 
Excellent organizational and leadership skills 
Proven experience in Corporate Security, including Travel/Event/Risk Management/Investigation/Compliance 
Education/Certification/Degree in Criminology/Investigative sciences/Security/Fraud field will be preferable or at least 10 years of proven experience in Security Management
Experience in emergency response planning
Availability to travel in Italy and abroad 
Solid management capabilities of budgeting and statistical data analysis
Proficiency with Excel, especially with pivot tables
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, spoken and written, is a must
Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
