CSA is seeking a Cyber Specialist who will support our Navy client onsite in Pensacola, FL. In this role, you will assist NETC Validators with the Navy Risk Management Framework.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

  • Provide NETC Accounts Process and Token Management consultation and training to N6 Supervisors and Users
  • Process and track incoming account requests via NETC Accounts Process utilizing SAAR-N and DD2875 forms
  • Request, collect, review, and process account request artifacts
  • Review and report incoming/outgoing personnel for Account Removal Verification
  • Request and process data for FISMA Monthly Scorecard
  • Conduct Privileged Authorized Account (PAA) audit on a quarterly basis
  • Maintain/Update NETC N6 Accounts Spreadsheet and artifacts
  • Perform duties as a Trusted Agent (TA) in the management of Alt-Tokens used for Cryptographic Log-On
  • Order, track (issues and returns), and perform monthly audits of Alt-Tokens 
  • Perform Active Directory Audit for expiring Logons to notify and ensure NETC VIP accounts are accessible on a weekly basis
  • Perform Service Account Audits on a monthly basis
  • Produce Cryptographic Log-On (CLO) Reports for PKI Compliance
  • Assist NETC Validators with Navy Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Assist NETC Validators in reviewing Security Plan Artifacts in support of Security Assessment Plan (SAP) development 
  • Assist NETC Validators in reviewing submitted testing (ACAS Scans, DISA STIG Checklists, Web Risk Assessment (WRA) Scans in support of Security Controls Assessment
  • Assist NETC Validators in performing Risk Analysis for Security Controls
  • Provide general RMF consultation to local NETC POR PMs and TMs 

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

  • Three (3) or more years of relevant experience and a HS Diploma
  • Clearance: Active Secret clearance or higher required
  • Functional expertise with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Experience with Navy SAAR-N and DD2875 Accounts Process
  • Experience with Navy Risk Management Framework (RMF) Process
  • Experience with reviewing, comprehending and documenting findings from ACAS (Assured Compliance Assessment Solution) Reports.
  • Experience with DoD/DoN standards and assessments of enterprise information security architecture, processes, procedures, activities, and operations.
  • Navy Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) baseline certification to include an 8570 IAM Level 1 certification will be required at the task order level. (Acceptable certifications include Security+, CAP, CND, Cloud+, and GSLC)
  •  IA Contractor Training and Certification and Computing Environment (CE) certification may be required at the task order level

What Sets You Apart:

  • BA or BS degree from an accredited institution in related field (e.g., Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science, etc.)
  • IT project management experience supporting Navy or DoD network systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including drafting, reviewing, and editing technical graphs, briefs, or documents
  • Evidence of being detail oriented with strong critical thinking in areas of IT process analysis/process improvement
  • Ability to coordinate and work well with others team members
