We’re on the lookout for an outstanding Product Manager to drive our growing ecosystem of integrations between Elastic Security and other leading security tools. Elastic integrations enable our users to onboard data from common security data sources quickly and easy, to start identify and respond to threats within Elastic Security. We partner with the world's leading security companies on these integrations, including Cisco, Microsoft, Palo Alto, and many more.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for defining the product roadmap for which integrations to build, maintaining existing integrations and scaling our integrations ecosystem through technology partnerships. Integrations consist of pipelines to map raw data to Elastic Common Schema, dashboards to visualise the data and documentation to walk users through the configuration of the integration. You’ll be pivotal in ensuring our integrations are high-quality, easy to use and drive powerful use cases within Elastic Security.

Your Key Tasks will Include:

• Collaborating closely with customers, internal teams and technology partners to identify opportunities for new integrations and enhancements to existing integrations
• Working with engineering teams on integration design, enhancements and exploring ways to scale our integrations through GenAI
• Establishing and fostering relationships with technology partners and enabling them to build and support their own integrations with Elastic
• Developing, curating and showcasing captivating content including blogs and internal training for integrations
• Engaging directly with customers through visits, roadmap presentations, and other interactive activities.

Skills – You Are Capable of:

• Balancing user needs for functionality, performance, and a seamless solution experience.
• Leading and collaborating effectively with product managers, security researchers, engineers, data scientists, developers, and senior management.
• Merging technical expertise with a keen understanding of user outcomes.
• Applying your technical troubleshooting prowess across diverse scenarios.

Knowledge – You Possess a Deep Understanding of:

• The landscape of cybersecurity vendors and tools
• SIEM data ingestion methodologies, visualization tools and data schemas
• Experience with a broad range of security tools including EDR, firewalls, identity and cloud providers
• System engineering, data flow analysis, and the broader IT security operational landscape.
• Current trends in technology and the cyber threat landscape.
• Software development in an open-source environment (Git knowledge is a plus).

Experience – You Have a Proven Track Record of:

• A minimum of 3 years in a related product management, product development or technical field role.
• Knowledge of and/or experience with the Elastic Stack is preferred, but not required.

Proficiency and Education – You Bring:

• A zealous interest in cybersecurity and its evolving challenges.
• An expert’s love for delving deep into subjects.
• A meticulous attention to detail, coupled with an appreciation for the broader picture.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, embodying a collaborative spirit.
• A BS/MS degree in engineering, computer science, or information security.

Location and Travel:

• The ideal candidate will be based in Europe, though other locations may be considered.
• Be prepared to travel up to 20% to support Elastic’s diverse global customer base.
