Senior Digital Forensics Manager at a glance...
The Senior Manager of Digital Forensics is a crucial role in safeguarding the organization by leading the collection, analysis, and presentation of electronic data in accordance with legal and organizational policies and requirements, and supporting investigations, legal proceedings, and related incident response activities.
What's on the menu?
Collaborate with legal teams and other stakeholders to understand case requirements and define eDiscovery scope.
Conduct keyword searches and utilize various data collection methods to identify relevant ESI from various sources (e.g., SaaS, email servers, network shares, workstations).
Perform data processing and filtering to remove irrelevant data, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Utilize eDiscovery software and tools to review and analyze large volumes of electronic data, identifying potentially relevant documents.
Assist in the creation of production sets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data delivered to legal teams.
Maintain detailed documentation of the eDiscovery process, ensuring chain of custody and auditability.
Conduct forensic examinations of digital devices.

I have a strong proficiency in digital forensics and eDiscovery processes leveraging common industry tools and techniques for capturing and analyzing digital evidence.
I have an understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements surrounding eDiscovery.
I have experience in performing captures across a range of devices, operating systems, platforms and environments.
I have experience in conducting forensic examinations of digital devices and storage media.
I have experience in performing all work in forensically sound manner following chain of custody best practices.
I have excellent logical, analytical and investigative skills.
I have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills, with ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily understand.
