YOUR IMPACT

Open Text Professional Services helps customers plan, govern, and execute their journey to IT value so they can run and transform at the same time. Our services offer the tailored solutions needed to plan, build, run, and continuously optimize.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Supporting a range of Open Text tooling and integrations.
  • Investigating, diagnosing and remediating complex technical issues.
  • Maintaining and updating integrations with connected 3rd party systems.
  • Producing and reviewing technical documentation.
  • Participation in and support of performance testing and security vulnerability testing.
  • Communicating with Open Text Support and Product Development teams.
  • Identifying, planning and implementing improvements in accordance with the Authority’s Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) process.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • This role involves providing services as part of a small team, working in close conjunction with other teams both within the Authority and within the larger Open Text organisation.
  • Background in Service Management Capabilities and experience of working with Service Management toolsets:
    • Discovery tools
    • CMDB and Asset Management
    • Integration of different application
  • Specific knowledge of secure government operations and ways of working.
  • Current Enhanced DV clearance required.
  • Experience of working with personnel in a cross agency environment is highly desirable.
