Description of Job:

We are looking for a progressive-minded, innovative Cybersecurity account manager, who can whiteboard a solution, as well as successfully deliver solutions to our customers.

The Account Manager is a key player responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships within our enterprise-level accounts. The cyber practice within EY Israel is part of EY US practice, therefore it is required to develop interface and to collaborate with the EY US' Cyber leaders, you'll drive revenue generation, manage partnerships, and contribute to professional service development.

You will be expected to work closely with cybersecurity product managers, cloud security engineering teams, users of Cybersecurity technologies, enterprise architects, developers and operators as well as business users. You will lead initiatives designed to share knowledge across teams, while engaging with other senior technical leaders throughout EY in design and implementation of secured solution.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique cybersecurity needs and risk profile, managing overall partnerships.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within client accounts. Collaborate with the regional colleagues and internal teams to develop and execute innovative and new solution services.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery by meeting and exceeding client expectations, promptly addressing and resolving issues, and conducting regular partnership calls to understand clients' business needs and future.
  • Collaborate with the Regional lead and stakeholders to support RFPs and RFIs, contributing to the development of compelling proposals showcasing the company's value proposition, and participating in RFP interviews with the Sales team.
  • Ensure alignment with the Service Delivery team and address issues proactively.
  • Optimize client interactions and sales strategies by utilizing playbooks and processes. Provide valuable feedback and suggestions for process improvements based on real-world client experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting firms and in global account management.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a senior Cybersecurity consultant.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity eco system, and strong technical skills that enable you to engage productively with technical teams.
  • Client-focused with a passion for outstanding service with the ability to build influential relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • English fluency is required
