The Cyber Solutions Architect

  • Interpret and translate client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings or from integration of new technologies.
  • Operate as a single point of contact or as part of a team (on large deals with multiple Solution Architects) accountable to the SA SPOC from Stage 1 to deal closure and the transition to the delivery organization.
  • Architect to create an integrated security architecture to assure compliance with all applicable standards.
  • Works closely with the Security Program, Architecture and Project teams to secure support the security engineer to achieve all required ATOs. 
  • Provide Cyber Thought Leadership in conjunction with Accenture Federal's Cyber leadership team and marketing lead. Publish, interview and speak about forward leaning ideas on Cyber Operations, Cyber Security, and where Accenture can add value.
  • Support client and client account teams with Business Development, proposals and sales, and consulting and advisory services to Federal clients.
  • Contribute to Offering development, assets and sales material; oversee delivery of application security projects in emergent phase.  Participate in pipeline management for portfolio and account, as well as broader Application Security pipeline.

 

Basic Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of cybersecurity experience
  • 5 years of experience designing & implementing a SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) technology
  • Experience supporting Cyber Defense disciplines such as: Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident Response, Forensics Analysis, Insider Threat, Threat Hunt
  • Experience supporting  Security Engineering disciplines such as: Identity Access & Management, Data Security, Network Security, Application Security, Cloud Security
  • Experience interacting with Client Leadership
  • Experience leading a team

Bonus Points if you have: 

  • Python & JavaScript Programming experience  
  • Architecture and Engineering experience with Trellix or any ITSM technology
  • One of the following certifications:  
    • Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) 
    • Networking (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper) 
    • Security Tools (Splunk, Devo, Gigamon, Carbon Black, Cylance, McAfee, Tenable, FireEye, CrowdStrike, ELK, Forescout)  
    • GIAC Certifications: GCIH, GCIA, GSOC, GCDA, GCFE, GICSP etc.

 

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   

 

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

California: $105,200 - $234,900

Colorado: $105,200 - $202,900

New York: $97,300 – $234,900

Washington State: $112,100 – $215,900
