Medior Manager Operational Security Consultant ( EU and UK)

For our recently established Managed Operational Security (MOS) department, we are looking for Medior Security Consultants based in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain, Czech Republic or Belgium.

Skills

• Hands on experience in managing and supporting Linux and Windows Operationg Systems and ( Oracle) Applications.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT Systems Management profile, Windows + Linux OS Management skills .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English .
• Ability to communicate effectively and interact with cross-functional teams .
• Post-secondary vocational degree in IT or 3-5 years of experience in the IT domain.
• Knowledge about Ansible and/or other scripting languages is a nice to have.

Main Responsibilities

• The Medior MOS Consultant works closely together with customer and partner IT Security teams, service delivery managers, account managers, vendors and the internal cyber security department of Quistor.
• Promote and implement 3rd party security partner products.
• Assist in maintaining and developing automations.
• Coordinate scheduled periodical implementation of security patches released by vendors, for Customers.
• Create and document security procedures, contractual language, as required.
• Research the latest IT security trends.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies in the ever changing world of Information Security
