An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Network Security Auditor to assist the Network Operations team to ensure and evidence their adherence to a number of business security controls.

This is truly an amazing opportunity that will provide you with the prospects to enhance your skills and experience! The team is currently experiencing a great deal of change with lots of activities and opportunities for further progression within the team and beyond. If you have experience of working in an IT environment, work with outsource and third parties, along with some security background and project coordination experience, we would love to hear from you!

A bit about the job:

The role is to ensure the Network Operations team is meeting its security controls responsibilities.

As the Network Security Auditor, you will project co-ordinate, administer control responsibilities for the Network Operations team. Liaising between the technical side of the team and 3rd party suppliers to achieve a compliant and managed control state. A technical network background is not strictly required to be successful, but ideal for someone open minded to learning developing this side of their skill set.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Excellent relationship building, management and communication skills

  • First class organisational, planning and time management skills

  • Awareness of basic networking terminology and principles or a desire to develop this knowledge

  • Good analytical and document writing skills

  • Previous experience of working in a large complex outsourced ITIL aligned or manged network

  • Salary national circa £50,000 and London circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
