Job Description

  • Undertake Cyber Security Assessments utilising the NIST Cyber Security Framework for clients. 
  • Feedback findings from client interactions to the wider sales team, to increase provision of Telefonica services to the client, where appropriate. 
  • Involvement in the technical scoping of cyber advisory services. 
  • Provide post-implementation assurance services to clients, to ensure the utilisation of Telefonica provision of services. 
  • Perform due diligence and security assessments utilising various frameworks such as HIPAA and NIST.
  • Assist or lead on security programmes for clients and be able to be provide Virtual Information Security Manager roles.
  • Undertake all technical pre-sales calls and meetings within their specialism
  • Actively participate in the sales process working to proactively develop security opportunities
  • Provide accurate scoping information for the sales team
  • Provide technical due diligence information for incorporation into each sales proposal
  • Support in advancing the service portfolio in combination with the Cyber CTO and Offering Management
  • Assist the compliance and infosec teams with internal governance.
  • Assist in incident management recovery events, supporting the client with surge capacity.

Qualifications

Essential skills:

  • Expereicne in relative delivery and supporting presales experience
  • Understanding of cyber security frameworks and proven ability to understand client problem statements and translate into deliverables. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to technical and nontechnical audiences at various levels.
  • Possess strong organisational skills to facilitate management and tracking of client requirements, issues, risk and opportunities.
  • Have led teams and projects to achieve timely desired outcomes.
  • Have a consulting background with proven client satisfaction.

 Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC, 27001, COBIT, and NIST, including 800-53 and the Cybersecurity Framework.
  • CISM and/or CISSP qualifications. 
  • Strong understanding of wider infosec domains.  NIS, PCI-DSS etc
  • People management.
