Description

YASH is a Digital services enabler organization delivering vast portfolio of digital services to customers across the globe. Our topline services include Cybersecurity services. We are looking for a candidate with strong security testing skills pertaining to vulnerability and penetration testing. This role will be part of vibrant YASH’s Cyber Security Operations Center services team.

As an Change Management Owner, you will be responsible for all tasks related to entire change process and project management in client envioronment. Attributes we will look for in our candidates include excellent technical background and analytical skills, communication and flexibility, innovative thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing plans to manage change,
• Leading & coordinating change management process, and managing the change queue,
• Facilitating Change Advisory Boards,
• Accepts, categorizes, and prioritizes change requests in line with business strategy and objectives,
• Coordinates activities of Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB),
• Monitoring and assessing the impact of change,
• Determine and agree on user requirement/schedule for downtime for change implementation,
• Ensure adequate user awareness on changes to systems, infrastructures, and products,
• Ensure adequate tracking and monitoring of change items,
• Interface with the Configuration Manager for integration of configuration management database (CMDB) with change record/ items,
• Document and update change management policy, Process, and SOP’s
• Documentation & reporting.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and implementing change management initiatives,
• Strong understanding of change theory to effectively carry out any change in a company,
• Proficiency to interact with stakeholders at various levels,
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issues,
• Potential to work independently as well as with others,
• Understanding of risk mitigation tactics,
• Proficiency in communicating technical information to non-technical staff,
• Efficient leadership competencies to drive change,
• Knowledge of business management principles, procedures, and systems,
• Familiarity with change management software (ServiceNow),
• Expertise in coordinating with cross-functional teams,
• Experience in project management tools (Jira)

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Electrical engineering, networking, or equivalent practical experience,
• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in change & project management in the area of security operations center,
• Understanding of applicable best practices and security standards such NIST 800-82.

Other requirements

• Travel will be required on need basis,
• You will be working during client business hours based on the project you will be allocated into,
• Office reporting is flexible and encourage hybrid working for this role. However, reasonable reporting into office for project meetings and client meeting attendance is mandatory,
• All working days reporting may be subjected to project or organization demand.
