We are looking for a Security Operations Analyst to join our team, performing a support role in the configuration of alerts and analysis of incident triage. A communicative, curious, proactive person willing to analyze processes which results in the growth of the whole Axur business. And you can choose whether you will work in the office, in Porto Alegre-RS, or remotely, from anywhere in the world!

A typical workday might include:

• Responsible for managing client outcomes on the Axur platform, performing alert configuration and incident triage analysis;
• Engage with clients proposing improvements to platform configurations;
• Act in response to critical incidents with clients, participating in war rooms, recommending and executing corrective actions on the Axur platform.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in Security Operations Centers (SOC);
• Experience or knowledge in security incident response;
• Experience or knowledge in Threat Hunting;
• Availability for work shifts, on-call duty, and weekend rotations;
• Portuguese fluency;
• Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken).
