Job Description

As a Cyber Security Engineer responsible for infrastructure with focus on ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana), you will focus on the further development and operation of various security solutions in the endpoint protection area.

You will work in an international team and collaborate closely with colleagues from IT Infrastructure, Development and Automation, SIEM, CERT and EDR team. You will be responsible for one of our Cybersecurity Data Lakes.

Your existing professional skills will be expanded by a broad spectrum of leading-edge cybersecurity technologies that will build a solid foundation for your career

Tasks:

• Install and configure Elastic products, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Logstash
• Manage and maintain an Elasticsearch cluster
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues with the Elasticsearch cluster
• Create and maintain Kibana visualizations and dashboards
• Work with development teams to integrate Logstash with various data sources
• Optimize the Elasticsearch cluster performance and scalability

Qualifications

Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Related field
• Experience with server infrastructure
• Knowledge with Operation Systems: Linux RedHat and CentOS;
• Knowledge in container technology – Docker
• Knowledge in Elastic ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana)
• Very good written and oral English communication skills (German is a plus)
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in script language Python and Shell
• Knowledge in automation solution Ansible
• Knowledge with CI/CD, GitLab preferred
• Knowledge with Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE)
• Knowledge with Elastic Security
• Certification “Elastic Certified Engineer” would be an asset
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong customer service orientation
