As the Senior Manager for Identity Administration (IA), you are responsible for coordinating people, services, relationships and technical components in Identity Administration.

You will continuously strive to improve and increase the product/service coverage, adoption and capabilities and thereby helping to secure adidas’ critical infrastructure and data.

As a key member of the Information Security team, you will significantly influence the security posture of our company.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You will be key for turning the Identity vision of the company into reality

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of technical, operational and service management aspects of the Identity Administration product

• Act as the stand-in for the product owner

• Help define, plan, execute and review the technology and capability roadmap

• Assign, monitor and evaluate work of internal & external SMEs

• Instil in the team an atmosphere of excellence, respect, collaboration & empathy

• Strive towards best-in-class quality in all aspects of your work & related areas of your area of responsibility

• Frequently identify, suggest and help design useful automations and new use-cases

• Closely collaborate and deliver technical capabilities to other Information Security products / programs, in particular Central Identity Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management and Zero Trust

• Ensure a great end-user experience in all touch points of your services

• Integrate and re-use capabilities of other Information Security products to render your product more effective and better protected

• Integrate & evaluate continuously security, service, performance validations in all delivery & operational aspects

• Steadily increase the organizational maturity, effectiveness and efficiency of your product

• Act as the first adidas internal escalation point for technical & non-technical issues in your area of responsibility

• Demonstrate thorough technical, process and conceptual understanding on all aspects of the product, its components and your identity domain

• Identify the need, determine priority and monitor the execution of planned and unplanned housekeeping activities (like upgrades, disaster recovery dry-runs, security hot fixes)

• Ensure internal and external standards and compliance requirements are met

• Help resolve Identity & Access related audit findings

• Establish, maintain and calibrate suitable reporting (dashboards, KPI’s) that describe quantitively & qualitatively the aspects of the IA service

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 8+ years of demonstrated successful and progressive experience in Information Security, including at least 5+ years in Identity Management

• Extensive and hands-on experience with different IGA products, technologies & integration concepts is required

• Ability to think in capabilities and to be open to evaluate & adopt new technologies, products and related skills that enhance the Identity Administration product

• Clear understanding of non-technical business requirement and ability to translate them into technical use-case is required

• Ability to solve multi-dimensional problems (people / technical / analytical / algorithmic / management) is required

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, Information Security or related field is required

• Self-Motivation and very high quality and time commitment for delivery is required

• Security technology certifications preferred but not mandatory

• Background with strong development skill with different languages like Java, Java script, C, PHP preferred

• Knowledge of web technologies is preferred

• Experience with CI/CD practices and related tools

• Knowledge of new/developing technologies like AWS, GCP, Azure is required

• Strong teamwork and ability to work with different type of stakeholders

• Management and prioritization of tasks and time efficiently

• Technical advisor and problem solver

• Understanding about the importance of self-initiative and proactivity on recurring activities

• Experience & preference to work in a global, diverse, and inclusive organization
