About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for uninterrupted CyberArk System Administration and Operations.
• Maintain and enhance CyberArk solution, privileged IDs onboarding principles, processes and procedures to ensure CyberArk is properly and accurately secure in accordance with the regulatory, bank and industry standards.
• Review enhancements in the CyberArk solutions and incorporate the relevant  capabilities where applicable
• Integration of CyberArk with the other system management solutions to enable automation and straight through processing 
• Provide technical and process expertise on CyberArk security matters and work closely with System and Application teams to establish and improve access control and workflows.
• Identify and rectify CyberArk related issues, as well as management escalation on major incidents

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum 5+ years experience on Windows platform with strong Linux (Red Hat, Suse, CentOS) and UNIX (Solaris, AIX) Security Administration knowledge. 
• Have minimally 5 years system administration experience on CyberArk solutions including hands-on skills with CyberArk Central Policy Manager, Privileged Session Manager and integration with tools and applications.
• System administration experience of CyberArk Conjur is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of networking and system architecture is preferred.
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of security principles, banking products and services
• Strong language competency and good writing skills and have used Confluence (or similar solutions) to maintain technical and process documentation. 
• Good communications skills with good stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments
