Senior Information Security Officer

We’re looking for a Senior information security officer to lead and oversee our company’s information security program. The resource, reporting to the Group CISO, will be responsible for coordinating activities related to the Corporate Security with a focus on Logical Security, managing the assigned budget, in collaboration with other company functions.
Locations: Milan, Pisa, Turin

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the corporate security strategy and protection of assets;
• Manage company processes and procedures for the correct monitoring of the materials handled;
• Security Governance: security management in compliance with industry-specific standards/regulations;
• Data Security: correct management of internal and external data;
• Business Continuity: governance of corporate safety and operational continuity collaborating with the company areas involved;
• Design and management of logical security and network security systems;
• Selection of tools, products and definition of architectures to support application security;
• Monitoring application security policies and related rules in order to guarantee adequacy and constant review.
• Implement, maintain and continually improve the information security management system in accordance with the ISO 27001 Standard.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• 5+ years of proven experience within structured companies, from the IT / Banking sector;
• Excellent knowledge in the field of data security, corporate security and regulations/certifications in the security field;
• Excellent knowledge of standard ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and other information security standards.
• Experience with IT security risk assessment and mitigation;
• Excellent relational and problem solving skills, with a strong aptitude for teamworking;
• Fluency in English
