We are seeking a Cybersecurity Product Manager with the mission to lead the development of groundbreaking initiatives that defend against digital threats.  

You will spearhead the establishment of a new talented team, crafting solutions to anticipate and neutralize cyber threats. Volvo Cars is investing significantly in this area, and under your leadership, this team will evolve into a cadre of specialists. Your role is pivotal in laying the foundation and building up this area, shaping the direction of our cyber security initiatives.  
 

What You will Do

 

As the product manager for multiple products, your role involves overseeing the direction of innovative cybersecurity products across various corporate business sectors such as R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial, Digital, and Corporate. Your responsibilities encompass managing one or more products within domains such as Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, Security Data Insights, and Cybersecurity Awareness Communication (portal).  

You will employ both qualitative and quantitative tracking methods to facilitate data-driven decision-making based on risk. Acting as the primary business contact for stakeholders and users across all levels and domains within the company, you will ensure effective communication and alignment.  

Your duties also include maintaining internal and external roadmaps that incorporate projects, features, and key initiatives. Constant interaction with users will be pivotal as you focus on understanding their needs and addressing pain points.  

Moreover, you will oversee the management of objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the product area, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.  

  

Your Skills

 

  • Experience in working closely and in liaison with business stakeholders, product management and engineering teams to take projects from the initial ideation stages to general availability.  
  • Experienced with Agile planning, development methodologies, and tools  
  • Proven record of accomplishment of managing cybersecurity products  
  • Excellent spoken and written communication, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences  
  • Proven experience as a product manager or similar in the cybersecurity industry  
  • An ardent desire to learn and an interest in data and security domains  
  • Experienced leader and verbal communicator  
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to work with different teams within and outside of the organization  
  • Familiarity working with public clouds such as AWS, Azure, and GCP  
  • Basic domain knowledge in Cloud native technologies  
  • In debt knowledge in Vulnerability management
  • Bachelor or higher degree from Computer Science, IT or equivalent.

  

Location: Stockholm - MOOD, Gothenburg – Lindholmen, Sweden
