As OT Cyber Security ambassador for the Powerlink, you’ll help find clever solutions to interesting problems as you grow your skills every day. And you’ll do it with down-to-earth people who you’re proud to work with and get to know.

 

Here’s how:

 

  • Lead and manage a highly skilled technical team with situational awareness, governance, compliance, incident response, vulnerability management and cyber security best practice.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across the organisation including senior management on security matters, to advise on and influence business resilience.
  • Lead assurance activities on OT systems and develop action plans to remediate deficiencies.
  • Drive OT cyber security situational awareness and incident response capability.
  • Lead cyber security training and awareness exercises.
  • Determine security requirements for platforms or systems being used by projects and assess the operational security on-boarding requirements for specific projects and technologies.
  • Monitor the risk culture of suppliers/vendors engaged for the delivery of all OT systems and ensure all vendors engaged have contractual security compliance.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Degree level qualifications in Engineering, Science or Information Technology
  • Cyber security industry accreditations e.g.: CISSP, GIAC, Security+, MCSE, Linux Security.
  • Experience in a hands-on cyber security role within a critical OT environment.
  • Experience leading a security operations team.
  • Understanding of governance, risk and compliance aspects of information security coupled with knowledge of industrial control systems networking / hardware / application infrastructure and their security implications is required.
  • Experience in securing IT & OT systems including advising on cyber security protection, detection, response and recovery.
  • Skilled at leading investigation & resolution of a range of cyber security incidents.
  • Experience with managing and maintaining a Security Risk Register & performing risk or maturity assessments using AESCSF or ES-C2M2 cybersecurity capability maturity model and assessment.
  • Proven ability to implement industrial security design, architecture and implementation frameworks and standards including IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 and ISO/IEC 27001.
