Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer with 2-4 (relevant) years of experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and SecOps (Security Operations) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities and will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow GRC and SecOps applications to meet our business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC and SecOps applications to meet business requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, implementation plans, and test scripts.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow GRC and SecOps applications.
• Collaborate with other ServiceNow developers to ensure consistency and best practices in application development • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionality and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in the development of ServiceNow GRC and SecOps roadmaps and help drive their implementation • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with business users and IT support teams.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow GRC and SecOps applications
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules, including but not limited to Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence
• Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
• Experience with ServiceNow REST API and integration with third-party systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications are a plus
