About the Team: 
We are looking for a new colleague in the Corporate Process Management Office (DIQS5) for Product Cybersecurity, System Safety and Data Privacy, preferably at our location in Koblenz. 

What you can look forward to as Product Cybersecurity and System Safety Process Manager (m/f/d):

• Be part of the Expert Teams, which are shaping and implementing the corporate engineering processes for these processes. Facilitate the introduction of Data Privacy at the product level for the whole of ZF.
• Represent these processes in harmonization working groups at the ZF Group Level
• Lead the process design, including the process modeling and implementation of interfaces to the associated development infrastructure.
• Be the owner of the Intranet/Zoom pages and related repositories.
• Drive the consistent implementation of Data Privacy related engineering and governance concerns to the processes and infrastructure in close collaboration with the leads of the involved functions (System Safety & Product Cybersecurity Excellence and Corporate Data Privacy).

 
Your profile as Product Cybersecurity and System Safety Process Manager (m/f/d):

• University master’s degree in engineering, math, computer science, or other related technical areas
• Professional experience in Automotive Engineering (System, Hardware, Software)
• Solid knowledge in Automotive Standards is necessary, including System Safety ISO 26262 (FuSa), ISO 21448 (SOTIF), Product Cybersecurity, particularly ISO 21434 and R155, Automotive Spice and related methodologies
• Coaching and training skills as well as interpersonal, negotiation, and consulting skills
• Knowledge of process modeling tools, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and Databases
• Business-fluent English/German
