Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security frameworks for protecting the company’s infrastructure and data.

  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to advocate secure coding practices and to identify and fix security flaws.

  • Design and implement security measures for the protection of networks, systems, and information assets.

  • Stay informed on the latest security threats and trends, and devise and implement protective measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

  • Professional security management certification, such as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), is desirable.

  • Extensive experience in information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.

  • Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security.

  • Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience implementing security solutions.
