The Sr. Manager of Information Security is responsible for managing the security of the ecommerce organization's infrastructure, data, and business-critical applications. The Sr. Manager will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest security threats and mitigations, and evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of various security tools deployed in the organization. 

  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures for the ecommerce organization's infrastructure, data, and business-critical applications 
  • Lead and mentor a team of Information Security Engineers to harden company's security infrastructure 
  • Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential threats 
  • Conduct security assessments and penetration tests to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities 
  • Manage the organization's security tools and technologies 
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and mitigations 
  • Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of various security tools deployed in the organization 
  • Support the Sr technology leaders to maintain system security while other leaders in the technology organization build newer digital capabilities at a rapid pace. 
  • Support the Sr technology leaders to ensure that the security posture of the ecommerce organization's infrastructure, data, and business-critical applications is aligned with the company's digital transformation goals. 
  • Work with other engineering teams to identify and mitigate security risks associated with new digital capabilities. 
  • Develop and implement security solutions that are scalable and adaptable to the ecommerce organization's changing needs. 

What you'll bring:

  • 12+ years of experience in information security
  • Experience with security frameworks such as CIS Controls and NIST Cybersecurity Framework 
  • Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems 
  • Experience with security assessment and penetration testing methodologies 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms 
  • Experience with DevOps practices 
  • Experience with agile development methodologies 
  • Experience with managing large-scale security projects
