ARServices is seeking a Counter Threat (CT) Fellow to assist the Senior Vice President (Sr. VP) in leading and managing the corporate CT portfolio with a focus within the chemical, biological, radioactive, and nuclear (CBRN) mission space. This currently includes programs within the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of Energy (DOE). The CT Fellow will be responsible for directing and managing several initiatives, to include:

  • Serving as a CWMD and CBRN subject matter expert and supporting CWMD and CBRN communities.
  • Advising program managers and government client’s on how to solve biggest challenges and working with them to implement solutions.
  • Engaging in and supporting program activities including workshops, strategy development, and other areas as required.
  • Supporting the alignment of quality, cost, and customer satisfaction in support of contract objectives and corporate initiatives.
  • Advising the CT Sr VP and corporate staff on contract issues, customer engagements, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Developing and mentoring team members in programmatic and business growth areas.
  • Shaping and solutioning organic and new growth that aligns to our corporate business strategies.
  • Supporting corporate strategy development/ implementation.
  • Supporting CWMD and CBRN proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 15-20 years or more of related experience. Master’s degree in a technically related field highly desired.
  • Experience supporting CWMD communities as a CWMD and CBRN subject matter expert SME highly desired.
  • Knowledge of the CWMD and CBRN industrial base.
  • Prior service with DoD or DOE is highly desired including serving on the Joint Staff or a Military Service staff in CWMD and CBRN related areas.
  • Strong program management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable success and growth.
  • Demonstrated understanding of federal procurement and acquisition processes, contract types are desired.
  • U.S. Citizen who has or is eligible for a Top Secret clearance.
