Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist/DOD

Job Description

Your challenge

Right now, Philips is going through an incredible transformation into a leading services and solutions company. We are looking for the right candidate to advice, support, and promote our cybersecurity solutions to our customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. In this strategic role, the Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist & Advisor will represent the cybersecurity of our products, solutions, and services. This role will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Solution Delivery teams, customer engagements, customer requests, and inquiries to promote, influence, and inform the security advantages of our products, solutions, and services.

You are responsible for:

  • Review STIG and coordinate with applicable business contact for Philips products
  • Perform risk assessment on STIG results and assist with developing plan of action & milestones (POAM)
  • Participate and advise on product security topics in joint Ledios planning meetings
  • Complete and maintain security clearance training
  • Review and provide guidance on security contracts with vendors (including cloud security providers)
  • Coordinate and consult with architecture and provide guidance for a secure Office365 environment.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Masters Business, Cybersecurity or IT field – advance degree preferred.
  • Cybersecurity certification such as CISSP or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years’ experience in a healthcare and/or IT/security vendor or provider with a focus in product management, customer experience, and solution delivery.
  • Experience in HIPAA/HITECH, ISO 27001, HiTRUST, FedRAMP, RMF DoD, FDA, 21CFR820, laws, and regulations on privacy, data protection, and breach notification.

Philips Transparency Details:

The pay range for this position is $115,000.00- $180,000.00, annually.  The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
