ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Organizational Manager to join our team. As the Cybersecurity Organizational Manager at ARETUM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity policies, procedures, and strategies across the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and government regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare operational and strategic communications, presentations, reports, graphs, and metrics that describe insights on the program.
  • Develop and prepare methods and plans that assist the program to implement and carry out its mission.
  • Participate in interactions that will involve policy discussions, operational observations of the various training program courses, suggestions for training, and system enhancements to ensure better accuracy and/or to increase production.
  • Analyze and research data to improve organizational directions and focus using strategic planning tools and techniques.
  • Analyze findings and make recommendations on substantive operating programs.
  • Present conclusions and recommendations based on analysis and evaluation to the functional lead for their use in ensuring efficiency, economy, and balance in the development and execution of the program.
  • Assist the branch in researching, analyzing, evaluating, and documenting detailed plans, goals and objectives for long-range implementation of the program.
  • As appropriate, support necessary awareness and training compliance and reporting activities.
  • Prepare formal analysis and assessment for program related activities which include but are not limited to content review/update, maintaining communication documentation, updating communications plans, project schedules, customer experience surveys, and reporting.
  • If needed, prepare, distribute, and maintain plans, instructions, guidance, and standard operating procedures concerning the program, project, or activities.
  • Apply teamwork and collaboration skills with the team and internal and external partners to achieve effective implementation of the cybersecurity training mission and to ensure appropriate and accurate dissemination of program information. Developing and maintaining a filing system.
  • Strong ability to take notes – including synthesizing large amounts of information into key capture points and action items.
  • Deliverables: Lessons learned, after action reports, SOPs, timelines in JIRA/Confluence, student registration, surveys and incorporation into the future of the training programs, capturing metrics for various senior leader briefings

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Experience.
  • Strong skill set in MS Word, demonstrated ability to write professionally (reports, status updates, guidance)
  • Comfortable using PowerPoint and Excel – developing briefings, doing basic analysis with Excel (Tables/Charts – i.e. data organization)
  • Project Management oriented experience – comfort level in reviewing a schedule from a Waterfall perspective vs. Agile
  • PMP Certification (nice to have)
  • Some level of experience in touching upon Cybersecurity (nice to have)
  • Basic Data Analysis Capabilities – e.g. Excel Pivot Tables/Functions – potentially Power BI/Tableau (nice to have)
  • Bachelor's Degree
