We are seeking a cybersecurity expert and innovative thinker to join the team to have a significant impact on the security structure of RYTE.
This is a full-time position (CDI) in Paris (FRANCE).
The Position: Cybersecurity Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Manage Cybersecurity tools worldwide.
- Establish and build RYTE Cybersecurity zero trust environment to secure all company assets, from web to mobile apps. Build a cybersecurity global strategy for RYTE Worldwide and implement it.
- Design, implement, and manage Zero Trust security frameworks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.
- Work with integrators to deploy ENDPOINT Encryption tools within data scientists and data engineers’ workflow.
- Along with the Cybersecurity Manager you will deploy Cyber Compliance tools and processes: ISO 270xx, ISO 27701, ISO 223xx, BS 11200, LPM, Directive NIS, GDPR, SecNumCloud, RGS/PSSIE, SWIFT CSP, DSP2, HDS, PCI DSS, PA DSS, NIST
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing to proactively identify and address potential security weaknesses.
- Map current and future requirements for the security architecture.
- Define the Cybersecurity architecture and select platform, products, and vendors.
- Analyze overall product business logic and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and identify security risks and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies within a Zero Trust model.
- Based on the product roadmap, work on capacity planning with all departments and define an optimum delivery organization.
- Define, structure, communicate, implement, and enforce organizational roles and responsibilities.
- Identify team strengths, weaknesses of the current IOS/Cloud infrastructure to improve it and reduce risk
Requirements
- Master of Science in Cybersecurity, Competitive Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, and related field.
- Advanced degree in data security, cybersecurity, network protection.
- English (Native or Fluent).
- Advanced certification and training in cybersecurity and/or ethical hacking.
- Experience working on mobile app project, pentesting and React native or JavaScript is CRITICAL.
- ZERO TRUST PROJECT Experience
- 3 to 5 years in a similar position in hardware and/or software security, through activities such as design, security architecture, evaluation, security certification, definition/implementation of security countermeasures.
- Master’s degree in engineering with specialization in Information and Communication Technologies or Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science.
- Course of study aimed at learning topics such as: Navigation, Observation and Telecommunication Satellites, communication links, communication protocols, protection of telecommunications networks, cyber security, risk assessment, cryptography, and big data processing.
- At least 3 years of work experience as a System Security Engineer or Information Security Engineer.
- Experience in building and maintaining security architecture.
- Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, authentication systems, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, risk assessment, cryptographic techniques, key management, and National Security Certifications (Common Criteria, TEMPEST and Cryptosec) etc.
- A good knowledge of English language, written and spoken, is required.
- Knowledge on security framework: NIST, ISO 2700x, EU Security Directives, National Cybersecurity Framework.
- Experience with Endpoint and ZERO TRUST projects is CRITICAL.
