DevSecOps Expert

We currently have a vacancy for a DevSecOps Expert fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team remotely.

Your tasks:

• Operating the various components and improving the reliability and availability of the platform;
• Provision of expert advice and assistance on the installation, configuration, and tuning of tools and platforms required for the microservices-based infrastructure;
• Configuration of automated deployment of new versions of applications like microservice-based platforms running on the “on-prem cloud” using PKS containers;
• Configuration of automation, container platforms, the lifecycle of microservices and dashboards;
• Linux systems administration tasks and scripting;
• Manage backups and disaster recovery plans as well as identify potential security vulnerabilities or compliance issues;
• Apply best practices of distributed architecture to solve complex integration problems between information systems and K8s microservices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 9 years;
• Experience in software development and Information System integration architecture design and patterns, in multi-platform and multi-architectural contexts as well as cloud-based concepts;
• Experience in automation and Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Python, and Shell Script combined with ELK Stack, Confluence, Jira, and Agile;
• Experience with micro-services and event-management-based architectures as well as middleware integration platforms and monitoring systems, such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, and Prometheus;
• Experience in monitoring and coordinating a portfolio of Software reusable components together with designing, implementing, and monitoring service KPIs and SLAs;
• Experience in Application Security tools, like Fortify, and Application Lifecycle Management tools, like GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Digital AI (XLRelease, XLDeploy, ArgoCD), and Nexus Container;
• Expertise in IT integration projects defining business and system integration requirements;
• Excellent understanding of microservice and SpringBoot-type infrastructure as well as container platforms such as PKS/Kubernetes;
• Good understanding of relevant technologies in development, integration, deployment, and operation of Information Systems;
• Knowledge of interoperability technology (web services, message-oriented middleware, event architecture), applications design, CI/CD architectures, and Relational databases;
• Certificates in DevSecOps and Kubernetes would be considered assets;
• Excellent command of the English language.
