Job description

As a Security Engineer at Sky Mavis, you will embark on a journey to contribute to the security of our products and applications, playing a crucial role in the intersection of blockchain and gaming technology. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in securing cutting-edge blockchain applications and products.

• Penetration Testing: Perform both black box and white box penetration tests, identifying vulnerabilities and providing actionable recommendations.
• Security Measures Design and Implementation: design and implement robust security measures for our products, integrating security best practices throughout the SDLC for our blockchain products.
• Code Reviews: conduct security code audits for Go, Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Solidity projects, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Automation Testing and SDLC Security: enhance security testing capabilities by contributing to automation testing processes and integrating security into the SDLC.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the third year or of a related IT school or above.
• Knowledge of software development.
• Strong understanding of networks and network security principles.
• Knowledge of penetration testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of security code audit for Go, Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Solidity projects.
• Knowledge of blockchain is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Advanced skills in web exploitation, cryptography, and reverse engineering.
• Deep knowledge in certain areas, especially in Solidity smart contract auditing is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for blockchain technology.
