What you can expect:

• Work within a motivated, international team
• 3rd level support for SAP technologies in collaboration with the external 2nd level support team
• Responsible for prevention, detection, response and remediation of information security incidents across SAP solutions, on-premises and in cloud (SAP BTP and IaaS)
• Vulnerability management for SAP systems in collaboration with the cybersecurity team
• Prompt communication and resolution of information security support tickets related to SAP systems and ensuring related projects
• Develop quality measrues to assess the overall success of information security programs, such as patch status, SAP component upgrades, audit fixes, vulnerability scans, etc.
• Technical support for securuty audits on SAP systems in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and providers
• Identify potential gaps in IT security controls and perform root cause analysis of security breaches in the SAP environment
• Plan and coordinate the implementation of security-related software patches
• Perform SAP BTP service management activities (Integration Suite environment, SAP Build Workzone, Business Application Studio, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP IAS/IBP; SAP Cloud Connector, etc.) to ensure the required level of security of the solutions delivered

What we expect:

• University degree or other professional qualification in the area of IT
• At least two years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an FMCG environment
• Sound knowledge of SAP technology (ABAP, JAVA, HANA, etc.)
• Proven experience on SAP cloud platform (SAP BTP)
• Ability to quickly understand complex requirements, implement them in a structured manner and familiarize yourself with new topics
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in national and international teams
• Strong customer, service and solution orientation
• Fluent written and spoken English, good knowledge of German is considered a plus
