WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the IT & Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will work with a talented group of IT, Cybersecurity, & GRC professionals.  You will be part of a global organization, managing IT and Cybersecurity projects and programs while working closely with GRC teams. 

Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Assembling and project managing cross-organizational, high-performance teams on complex programs and projects, fostering collaborative execution with a sense of urgency.
  • Providing efficient Project Management Methodology processes ready to scale and tool expertise.
  • Applying skills to influence, drive momentum, and promote operational excellence, realizing best practices.
  • Leading boldly and utilizing hard and soft skills to influence participants of all levels towards the common goal.
  • Anticipating and proactively mitigating risks and issues for the IT/Cyber development and deployment plans.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of project and program tasks, financials, issues, risks, decisions, and schedules.
  • Independently managing and resolving ambiguity within the Company.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

To ensure success, you must have a passion for IT and be detailed-oriented.  You are a diligent worker who is equally technical and business-minded.  You are knowledgeable in taking a risk-based approach to prioritize efforts.  You can work with numerous cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growing company. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.  Experience in blockchain technologies is preferred.   

YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

You have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, cyber security, or a related field is required. A minimum of eight years in Program / Project Management hands-on experience with such methodologies as (Waterfall and Agile).  Significant IT & Cybersecurity domain knowledge and experience managing IT & Cybersecurity projects.  Experience with DevSecOps is highly desired. Versatility and self-awareness in unexpected circumstances using structured tools at their disposal to respond effectively and resolve unanticipated changes. A demonstrated understanding of corporate protocol and maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality. A PMP, Prince 2, Certified Scrum Master, or similar certification. This position also requires you to have a deep understanding of practices relating to IT standards such as NIST CSF, SP 800-53 R5 AND 800-37 R2, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22237, SOC2/SOC3, and CCSS (Cryptocurrency Security Standard).
