WalkMe is hiring a Hands-on Information Security Team Leader to join the team that ensures WalkMe's IT cloud infrastructure remains secure. Reporting to the IT Director, you will fulfill an essential role, joining the team in accomplishing important projects, such as DLP and Zero trust, ensuring firewalls and network infrastructure heath, and implementing additional security tools to better understand vulnerabilities. You will join a dynamic team as part of the CIO organization at WalkMe.

What will you actually be doing?

• Lead and manage a small team of InfoSec engineers dealing with security projects and tasks.
• Assist to define security architecture for the organization’s on prem and cloud environments
• Implement and administer security solutions across the organization environments
• Ensure that systems are managed according to the company’s security policy
• Write and implement security related procedure
• Lead security projects
• Work closely with cross organizational functions (IT, CISO’s team etc.)

What should you bring to the table?

• 8+ years of experience as a Hands-on Information Security Expert
• In-depth knowledge of information security concepts and methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of security architectural considerations
• Experience with Security incidents analysis
• Good understanding of IT systems - operating systems, networking, virtualization
• Experience working with Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience in production environments
• Ability to generate reports for both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders
• Proven experience in implementing solutions and information security processes in architecture, development processes, and infrastructure
• A team player with a good interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to consult, work & lead other colleagues
