The Cyber Security team is focused on ensuring the resilience of our corporate environment with focus on protection of our corporate IP and employee data. As the Cyber Security Risk Management Lead reporting to the CISO, your primary focus will encompass two areas: third party risk management & cyber security certifications and assessments.

Argo is building technology of the future and our cyber security team needs to stay a step ahead of that!

What you’ll do: 

  • Work closely with the CISO to design and implement the Argo’s risk assessment methodology
  • Lead third party cyber risk management reviews to assess risk to Argo, identify mitigation strategies, and work with business unit leads to document and track residual risks
  • Conduct high impact risk assessments covering third party cyber risk, key ISO/NIST controls and compliance assessments while overseeing cyber assessments of other key areas such as Cloud Security, Application Security and Infrastructure Vulnerabilities
  • Lead Argo cyber certification activities including ISO 27001, TISAX, and other relevant audits/certification by coordinating with internal audit, control owners, and external auditors to ensure compliance
  • Effectively manage cyber issues that arise externally with our vendors/partners
  • Update and maintain internal third party risk cyber risk management policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Provide support and consulting in preparation for audits, exams, risk and regulatory updates, and in composing management responses and appropriate remediation activities
  • Grow team expertise so it aligns with company demand and direction; assess team skills and capabilities and find ways to improve value delivered

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent degree
  • IT Security Certifications (e.g. CISSP, GIAC or similar) preferred
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in cyber security with five (5) years of management experience with direct responsibility for this party risk management and certifications 
  • Experience in developing and administering a risk management program
  • Ability to expertly collaborate across multiple disciplines and internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask with expert organizational skills in a fast-paced environment is a must
  • Open-mindedness, creative thinking, willing to take calculated risks, and make informed decisions
