 You Are:

Someone who works collaboratively with all participants in software development projects and is supportive of all corresponding teams data migration, testing, development, etc. Works with IT management to improve the software engineering processes and practices associated with continuously building, deploying, and updating software and environments. Builds the IT schedule in working closely with the IT release managers from different portfolios across IT and centralizing views of all releases. Leads the effort of defining the IT strategic direction for release management tools for IT to ensure the process requirements of release management are built in. Assists in managing projects and interdependencies to ensure milestone adherence to ensure the integrity of the release can be measured.  

The Work:

  • Develop and execute activities related to Agile project management based on Kanban through implementation and deployment.
  • Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.
  • Support the management of a 12 member Technical Architecture team that drives DevSecOps practices and principles.

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business architecture design implementation, change management efforts, business support, analysis, and/or business process redesign.

  • Experience leading a technical team with day to day operations, technical/functional team responsibilities and acquisition workflow 

  • Experience leading efforts in DevSecOps and Cyber Security

  • Must have Bachelor's Degree
  • Top Secret clearance requirement

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

California: $ 103,500 - 204,500

Colorado: $ 103,500 - 176,700

New York: $ 95,800 - 204,500

Washington State: $ 110,200 - 188,100
